今勤めてる会社には正当に人材を評価してもらいたい。
会社の評価基準すべて満たしてるのに役職も給与も上げない。
SESへの金払いは良いのに正社員の給与UPは渋る。
マネージャーやってる自分より給与高いメンバーもいる。
しっかりしてくれ経営陣。
