Celebrating the sisters birthday at tonight's @Canucks game. Down 5-3 going into the 3rd. What a present it would be to pull out a W for @aimcruz! #Canucks
Wait time for a COVID test at St. Vincent's Collection Centre said 22 mins when I got here an hour an a half ago. Much more accuracy on these things would be really appreciated #Vancouvercoastalhealth. #Vancouver
It’s Monday . Please listen to the advice of Dr Bonnie Henry. We must remain vigilant. Socializing SAFELY stops the spread.
✅ Keep a 2m physical distance from ppl not in your bubble
✅ Keep gatherings small
✅ Have a contact keeper. ✅Mask up when 2m isn’t poss.
My take on Dr. Bonnie Henry's briefing today: 10-20 #COVID19 cases a day is likely average for a while; the US border will remain closed for months; the airlines have to step up their game when screening passengers and preparing manifests; and don't go to crowded private parties!
Our approach in #BC has been uniquely ours. Our response to #COVID19 was early; our renewal was thoughtful; our commitment to stopping the spread was 100% all-in.
British Columbians have sacrificed much to flatten our curve. Let’s not lose sight of the effort we have all put in
My takeaways from Dr. Henry's briefing today: the US border will remain closed for months; the anti-racism protests did not lead to #COVID19 outbreaks BUT parties and mass beach events did; she backs WHO over those scientists; she's worried about "intolerance" towards US plates.
Stop saying you’re colorblind or you “don’t see color.” If the only way you can acknowledge someone’s humanity is to pretend their culture and history doesn’t exist, you need to examine yourself.
Plus, I love being black.
This shit’s dope AF when the cops aren’t around.
UPDATE: B.C. could almost eliminate new cases of COVID-19 by July if everyone continues to follow strict health and safety measures to reduce transmission, according to new modelling projections released by the province’s top doctor Monday.

Our hospitalizations have gone down, slightly, to 146 people. Of those, 64 are currently in critical care units.
This is the moment that will make the difference. We must hold the line and be unwavering in our commitment, to slow the spread of #COVID19 & flatten the curve.
It was a happy Sunday until I bit into my, somewhat pricey but usually delicious, @StarbucksCanada breakfast sandwich, only to find the egg was still stone cold. How does this even happen?! Worst of all, I ordered it for takeaway. 😩
