tuque, Princeps militiae caelestis,
satanam aliosque spiritus malignos,
qui ad perditionem animarum
pervagantur in mundo, divina virtute,
in infernum detrude.
Amen 🙏🙏🙏

A humans biggest resistance to healing and unlocking their full potential is their ego. The ego acts subtly within the subconscious and conscious mind and body to govern your identity, thoughts, desires, emotions, and decisions.
This means it builds a false sense of you. The ego fears the unknown, and will latch onto an identity even if it doesn't resonate with the deeper self. The ego will make you feel pain and suffering more than what's necessary because it's safer than the unknown. Ironically, the fear of unknown shouldn't be fearful because it is not known, it's the ego manifesting what the unknown looks like, built from the past, and thinking ahead in the future, rather than the present moment.
Being in the present moment itself is non-identifable, so humans distract themselves with being "productive," technology, excess thoughts, and avoiding silence and stillness as much as possible. This is the subconscious power of the ego doing this without you even knowing. You denying all of this is also ego-driven.
An excess of ego is connected to the Solar Plexus chakra becoming supercharged with energy rather than the other chakras. This chakra deeply connects to the digestive system, and this may be a large reason why you see many individuals with gut inflammation and infection compromising their health.
This is very common and you can definitely address the physical symptoms (eg., a gut protocol / cleanse) and it's encouraged, but it's one layer that almost acts like a band-aid to the deeper energetic layers that need to be addressed and explored.
Not to say that an ego is bad, it's fundamental to your drive, confidence, and discipline. It's just out of balance in the modern world because the mind-body is governed mostly by external rather than internal.
This is an invitation to sit more in silence, and be comfortable with the non-identifiable present moment. This deeply encourages healing and unlocking the deepest layers of your health, wellbeing, and wisdom.
No.”
No.”

I stopped rushing through crowded transit hubs and forcing my walking pace a long time ago.
It was not about embracing a slow lifestyle.
It was a strict mechanical protocol to prevent structural leakage.
we treat rushing as a simple necessity of a packed schedule.
We assume walking fast only burns extra physical calories.
but physical momentum dictates the structural integrity of your personal field.
Your subtle architecture has a specific gravitational weight.
It requires deliberate synchronization with your physical frame to remain fully expanded and protective.
When you suddenly accelerate and move with a frantic, erratic pace, your dense physical vessel violently outpaces your subtle perimeter.
You physically detach from your own center of gravity.
Your protective cage stretches thin and eventually snaps open.
You start leaving a massive trail of your most concentrated vital reserves scattered across the pavement.
You walk right through heavy, stagnant environments with your invisible doors blown completely off their hinges.
And then you finally sit down at your destination.
You feel an immediate, crushing exhaustion.
A hollow, pulling tension sits right behind your ribs.
You blame the physical exertion of the walk.
But you just bled your raw frequency into the public grid.
You arrived physically, but your subtle structural integrity is completely fragmented.
Those who truly understand subtle mechanics never surrender their pace to the surrounding chaos.
They anchor their physical weight firmly into the ground with every single step.
They move with a heavy, deliberate rhythm.
Let the frantic rush of the crowd break and flow around you.
guard your momentum and keep your physical vessel tightly locked inside your subtle perimeter.

THE AWAKENED ONE DOES NOT FEAR SOLITUDE. THEY USE IT TO HEAR THE DIVINE.
In the company of others the mind is occupied. Voices, faces, expectations, and the small negotiations of belonging fill the space where silence could live. Solitude strips that away. What remains is not emptiness. It is the first clear hearing.
The mystics knew this. The desert fathers, the cave-dwellers, the ones who walked into forests or sat alone on mountains were not escaping life. They were removing the noise that keeps the deeper current from being felt. In that quiet, fear of being alone often rises first—old stories of abandonment, of being unseen, of disappearing. The awakened one meets that fear without flinching and lets it pass. Beneath it is a different presence: vast, intimate, and already speaking.
Solitude becomes a temple. Breath slows. The body settles. Thoughts arrive and are allowed to leave without being chased. In that interval something older than personality begins to move—call it the divine, the ground of being, the still small voice. It does not shout. It does not argue. It simply is, and in the absence of distraction it can finally be received.
This is not isolation as punishment or superiority. It is a deliberate turning inward so that what is heard can later be carried back into the world without distortion. The one who has sat long enough with silence no longer needs constant reassurance from outside. Their listening has become trustworthy.
Use the empty hours. Do not fill them at once. Let the divine have room to speak in the only language it consistently uses: stillness.
The truth is — genuine connection is ease. It is peace. When you find it, you will know. You will feel seen, you will feel like you are being mirrored back to yourself, like you are discovering the shadow of your own heart in another human being.
Slowly, through loving the right people, you will come to realize that the human beings who are meant for you in this world will not exhaust you, or hollow you out, or leave you feeling like you are hard to love.
Slowly, you will come to realize that you do not have to romanticize the things in this life that hurt. You do not have to run towards the fire. Love does not have to feel like a fight, does not have to feel like battle, does not have to wound.
Slowly, you will learn how to lay down your arms. How to walk away from those who will only ever love you in halves. Slowly, you will learn that you cannot love someone into loving you, or being ready, if they are not.
You cannot love someone into their potential. You cannot close their hands around your heart if they are not willing to hold it themselves. You have to let them go.
You have to focus on the people in your life who bring you back home to yourself. You have to focus on standing up for that kind of connection, on honoring that calm, because it exists. It exists.
