@donalynbooks completely get it. I’ve been without my bag for 72 hours and we keep getting the runaround from @AmericanAir. The bag never left Austin, how is that possible?
My spouse and I haven’t flown together in 18 months. Not thrilled that on our 1st trip together another biased @AmericanAir customer service rep presumed @donopolis is the Platinum Pro and almost screwed up our tickets.
