@MWEBTweets I have been waiting for a week for you to activate my fibre.. Something that you say shouldn’t take longer than 48 hours. I have just told your call centre to cancel the subscription that I never landed up getting! Is there any decent providers that can help?
@MWEBTweets A week later and still sitting without fibre. This is a bit ridiculous. @seannourse - raising the concern with you, customer service in your fibre department is shockingly bad.
