La ONU declaró oficialmente a la Franja de Gaza como zona de genocidio, afirmando que Israel está atacando deliberadamente a niños y bebés.
Le tomó a la ONU tres años completos llegar a esta conclusión.
Palestine Action activists accused of destroying over 40 Israeli weapons were detained without charge under the Terrorism Act for a week.
After that, they were imprisoned as terrorists for 18 months before trial, three times longer than the pre-trial custody time limit.
🚨 BREAKING:
UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese:
"Some researchers and scholars estimate the actual death toll in Gaza at 680,000."
"If confirmed, 380,000 of them are infants under the age of 5."
Watch this excellent interview by @michaeljswalker with Yvette Cooper - the architect of the ban on PA and the extraordinary use of terrorism legislation against people protesting over it.
Thousands have now been arrested, including large numbers of older protesters. Yet when Walker confronts Cooper with the consequences of the policy she introduced as Home Secretary, there is remarkably little sign of accountability.
Instead, she shifts responsibility towards the current Home Secretary, as though this were somebody else’s problem rather than the direct consequence of a decision made on her watch.
And when the questioning becomes uncomfortable, she reaches for successes elsewhere - the political equivalent of pointing at something shiny and hoping everyone forgets what they just asked.
It is breathtakingly cynical.
Cooper was perfectly willing to exercise the enormous power of the Home Office, but appears far less willing to confront what happened when that power was actually used.
Yvette Cooper reminds me of the worst Boris Johnson instinct: do something deeply controversial, refuse to properly engage with the consequences, then brush past it by talking about something positive.
Whatever your view of PA, thousands of arrests under terrorism legislation are not some inconvenient detail that a former Home Secretary should be permitted to shrug off.
This interview demonstrates exactly what I find so utterly awful about Yvette Cooper’s politics: enormous power, precious little accountability, and an apparent belief that responsibility can simply be passed to the next person when the consequences become uncomfortable.
The country deserves far better from those entrusted with this level of power. Her conduct here is disgraceful. If she had an ounce of integrity she would resign.
Ed Miliband: "I want to say, to the millions of people in this country.. who have been moved & outraged by the plight of the Palestinian people, we hear you"
So why are you still arresting them?
Jack Smith just told the Truth LOUD and CLEAR!
“Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in serious crimes against our nation.
“If asked whether to prosecute a former president today based on the same facts, I would do so regardless of whether that president was a Republican or a Democrat.
“The charges against President Trump were the result of the evidence. Grand juries in two separate districts reached this conclusion based on his actions, as alleged in the indictments they returned.
“Rather than accept his defeat in the 2020 presidential election, President Trump engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results and prevent the lawful transfer of power.
“After leaving office in January of 2021, President Trump illegally kept classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago social club and repeatedly tried to obstruct justice to conceal his continued retention of those documents.
“Highly sensitive national security information was held in a bathroom and a ballroom where events and gatherings took place.
Imagine announcing that you have brought Iran to the negotiating table for the first time, while a signed nuclear agreement from 2015 sits in the history books. That earlier deal was reached without a war, and its initial implementation included Iran shipping more than 98 percent of its enriched uranium stockpile out of the country.
Reminder: just last week, @AndyBurnham’s Labour government sent a UK military plane—which can carry 81,600 lb payload—to the key Israeli military base used to carry out the Gaza genocide
This has not been reported in a single UK mainstream media outlet
Your hiding behind the law, not to do the right thing. Typical politicians answer do nothing and let people go to prison based on zionist doctrine by LFoI.
The decision to ban Palestine Action was a political one. This isn't a matter to pass along and leave to the courts.
Labour can lift the ban immediately and drop the prosecutions.
🚨 BREAKING:
Australia has issued a decision stating that "any Australian citizen holding dual nationality who served in the Israeli military during the genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, must be investigated as a war criminal and prosecuted."
Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband at Labour conference today: “To the millions outraged by the plight of the Palestinian people, we hear you. You were right.”
Yet the recent sanctions he announced on Israel have not changed the flow of weapons to Israel.

TODAY: The UN Human Rights Council final ruling on Israel’s brutal genocide in Gaza & beyond:
“In relation to Israels military operations in Gaza, we conclude that Israeli authorities are responsible for war crimes. Including extermination, murder, using starvation as a method of war, forcible transfer"
Hence, after Netanyahu’s grotesque gloating at UNGA this week - the only rightful action now is to SUSPEND Israel from the United Nations forum….
🚨 BREAKING:
Norway calls for Israel to be completely isolated globally, demanding that it be punished for its role in spreading unrest and chaos worldwide.
Now it is official.
"In relation to Israels military operations in Gaza, we conclude that Israeli authorities are responsible for war crimes. Including extermination, murder, using starvation as a method of war, forcible transfer"

Donald Trump has lost his immunity...
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled to remove Trump's immunity in the Epstein case.
The way has been cleared for his prosecution. He can be impeached.
“Story after story has emerged where senior civil servants or politicians, who are meant to hold Palantir to account, have instead held alarmingly cozy relationships with the company.”
