In regards to the N word there is literally no excuse for a white person to be using it. There are other, much less loaded words to refer to Black people when race is somehow relevant to whatever conversation you’re having.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I can call myself queer or genderqueer without issue. If a cishet (straight) person shows up, calls us queers, starts spouting nonsense, that’s not cool. It used to be used as a slur, much like the n word. Hope this helps.
