@JeffCasonTexas This is up for vote on Monday morning. SB1728 - EV surcharge. As an EV owner, I agree we should pay our FAIR amount and should be mileage based. The amount in the bill is unfair and unbalanced, based on what the typical gas powered pays at the pump.
