It’s ultimately up to local European governments to decide when to allow Tesla to begin FSD (Supervised) testing and use. Tesla obviously wants this to happen as soon as possible and has been actively pushing for approval.

In the meantime, Tesla owners can help by contacting their local representatives, governments, and regulators to urge them to approve the launch of FSD in Europe—since delaying it will cost lives.
