Services and products are interlinked, but are not the same. Services add value to products, so that the user doesn't have to know how to do something, or be able to do it themselves.
Service is not a service if it doesn’t deliver the intended outcome.

Today the two superheroes of user centricity and inclusion, our Head of User Research @RochelleLGold and our CEO @simonrbolton opened @nhsdigital’s very own user research lab in Leeds. Many years of work has gone into this by many teams involved.
