We understand that ensuring fairness and protecting the project are critical goals, and we see your efforts. However, the mass bans of players, especially those who have supported Sandbox for years, require a more constructive approach.

Almost all of our Brave Guild members who were banned are owners of avatars, Alpha Passes, and other in-game assets. These are people who have invested their time, money, and faith into the Sandbox ecosystem. Unfortunately, they are receiving only generic responses from support, which do not address the problem.

Some players have already lost faith in the project and stopped playing. But we continue to believe in Sandbox and hope the project can rebuild trust, grow stronger, and once again unite a community that feels like an integral part of the ecosystem.

We propose the following:
1️⃣ We are ready to gather centralized data from our players (account IDs, ticket numbers, and investment details) and provide it to your team for detailed analysis.
2️⃣ Let’s work together to find a direct solution without referring players to support, which has yet to offer effective resolutions.
3️⃣ Restore access to legitimate players so they can re-engage with the ecosystem and continue supporting its growth.

Sebastien, you have dedicated over 5 years to Sandbox. We’ve been part of the project for over 3 years, and we want to continue supporting it. We believe you also want to retain player trust and strengthen the ecosystem.

Let’s find a solution together. We are ready to work, explore options, and collaborate to bring Sandbox back to its players and continue its development.
