@S___Elliott I haven’t heard anyone say it can’t be challenged. The legality sounds complicated because congress is supposed to appropriate money, but there is some sort of precedent for this kind of slush fund. It’s outrageous, but I don’t know where the correction lies. Some hope here? ⬇️

@S___Elliott Congress could fix this today but not by lawsuit. As for other lawsuits, it isn’t that no one has standing; it’s that none of the current plaintiffs do. If, for exp, Comey tried to access the $ and was denied, he would have standing (according to what I’ve read & listened to).
