I'm so fucking sick of the GOP.
"We can't do anything."
Shut the fuck up. SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP.
You have the House. The Senate. The White House. A Supreme Court majority.
The most unified government you've had in years, and you're telling me you CAN'T DO ANYTHING?????
You have RECONCILIATION.
You know, the filibuster-proof tool Democrats used to ram through trillions in spending with FIFTY votes?
It's sitting right there.
Do you morons understand what happens if Democrats take the midterms?
It's over.
Not "tough." Not "a setback."
FUCKING OVER.
Every DOGE cut? Gone. Did you forget you still need to CODIFY THOSE into law?!
Executive orders? Erased.
Regulation cuts? Reversed.
Border policy? Deleted.
Years of work, torched in one election cycle, because you kept saying "we'll get to it" like we gave a DAMN that you "tried".
Guess what happens when Democrats win, dumbasses?
They start passing bills.
They actually DO everything you won't do, for God knows what reason.
You're telling me if they win, they won't NUKE the filibuster ON DAY ONE?!
They've SAID it out loud, repeatedly, on camera!!!!!
Transgender plays in Uganda? Back.
Elmo in Afghanistan? Back.
NPR/PBS funding? Probably DOUBLED out of spite.
ICE? Defunded.
DC and Puerto Rico statehood? Yep.
Court packing? THEY SAID SO THIS WEEK!!!!!
Every single "crazy" thing you swore would never happen becomes a floor vote the second they hold the gavel.
Because THEY actually use power when they have it.
That's the difference between you and them, and it's fucking humiliating.
Meanwhile YOU can't even pass the SAVE Act.
Requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections is an 80/20 issue.
The easiest layup in American politics... and GOD FORBID YOU CHANGE SOME ARCHAIC SENATE RULES TO GET IT DONE because you'd rather have the ISSUE than the LAW.
You won't defund the fucking TALIBAN.
We're still watching taxpayer money leak into Afghanistan and your response is a strongly worded letter and a subcommittee hearing nobody watches.
WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?????
Don't tell me there's no time.
The House is scheduled for barely over 100 legislative days this year.
You work a THIRD of the year.
Teachers work more days than you.
AND SOMEHOW you STILL ARE FINDING ROOM FOR EVEN MORE VACATIONS!!!!!!!
GOD FORBID you actually put in some effort.
But no. Instead you give us tweets.
Fox News hits.
Cringe-ass TikToks.
Podcast appearances.
NOBODY GIVES A SINGLE FUCK ABOUT YOUR CONTENT.
Not one of us. Zero.
You're not influencers. You're lawmakers.
So make some fucking laws.
That's the job It's all we've EVER asked you to do.
Trump won't be on the ballot next time to drag YOUR SORRY ASSES ACROSS THAT FINISH LINE.
You really think you can come home, look us in the eye, and recycle the same excuses?
After THIS?
No. Not this time.
The stakes are way too high and our patience is gone.
Completely gone.
Stop telling us what you'd do "if only you had the power."
YOU HAVE THE POWER. RIGHT NOW. TODAY.
If you're too cowardly to use it, then stop fucking asking us for more of it.
...and don't act all shocked when the people you keep taking for granted stop showing up to save you from yourselves.
"Kathy Hochul cares about the environment! She just put a moratorium on data centers."
Here's a quick political science 101 on what Ms. Hochul is up to by pandering to the emotions around data center build-outs nationwide right now.
Firstly, New York State doesn't have the power to support data centers. Why? Starting in 2019, to justify the Climate Act, we took over 2,000MW of reliable (nuclear) energy offline to create a "climate crisis" that they claimed we needed wind and solar to "fix."
It's why this same woman has asked you to set your thermostat to 78 this summer. It's also why there's a bill in our state senate as we speak that would give the state the right to CONTROL your thermostat.
Instead of admitting they tanked our grid as part of the green energy grift, Ms. Hochul is painting herself as a "savior from data centers" today.
This woman is also up for re-election in November. Her opponent, @NassauExec, is gaining traction on her while also outwardly proclaiming he is against ORES and what Hochul has done to our home rule.
@KathyHochul admitted for the world to see yesterday that she has the power to STOP and DISSOLVE the Office of Renewable Energy Siting at any time. But she won't. The kickbacks, foreign corporate deals, and subsidies and credits with solar and wind are worth the risk for her.
Thousands of acres of designated habitat, bald eagle nesting sites, state endangered species nesting habitat, wetlands, imperiled grasslands, and USDA prime farmland are locked up into ORES solar and wind contracts forced on our towns.
She doesn't care.
She's playing politics 101, painting herself a savior to a problem that our state can't support anyway. And it's all due to the 2019 Climate Act religion.
More destruction of prime farmland in Genesee County, NY, which contains the MOST amount of productive farmland of any NY county.
This is not by accident.
“Yes but they could farm between the panels!”
We could all do a lot of things. They (ORES) do NOT farm between or under the panels. They don’t grow flowers. Animals are shut out from movement by perimeter fencing. Rural character and history is destroyed.
People living next to these things can’t sell their homes. For sale signs are everywhere. Who wants to buy a farmhouse next to a foreign industrial complex?
Wake up!
You're looking at a drone shot of Byron, New York, where thousands of acres of solar panels have swallowed up a county that boasts the MOST amount of productive agricultural land in the entire state.
This is only a portion of the panels that have been anchored into Byron for Excelsior Solar.
With the newly announced Brusselville Solar on the ORES docket, this aerial view will only encompass a fraction of the total solar footprint.
Those responsible for this must be held accountable. This video should be on NATIONAL news.
We are going to lose our state and the land that feeds us very quickly if there is not immediate intervention.
This is dystopian, anti-human, catastrophic to wildlife, a direct threat to our future food autonomy, and the largest land grab of our American lifetimes from generational landowners to foreign corporations.
And it's all on purpose.
Breaking news:
After last nights socialist win,
Zoron the Monster just announced that at this year’s 9/11 Memorial he’ll be reading the names of the pilots who flew the planes into the World Trade Center.
You wanted change?
You got change.
Greece just closed 60 mosques and announced mass deportations of those creating Islamic spaces.
Do you believe America needs to do the same before it’s too late? 😡🕌
#SecureOurBorders
If socialism helps the poor, why are 90% of the people in Venezuela and Cuba starving?
Why are people in socialist countries willing to risk their lives to flee their country and come here by any means necessary?
Is it possible the Democrats ARE LYING?!?
@elonmusk The last place you'd think to look, when struggling to maintain your national identity, is for a religious-like opposition movement within your own government. Some might call this treason.
What a sad ending to prime farmland, animal habitat, and viewsheds at the base of the gorgeous Adirondack Mountains.
The town of Kingsbury tried to do the right thing and fight this, too. But they were no match for the legal power and money behind the multinational corporate conglomerate of AES.
When residents in Kingsbury, New York sounded the alarm and informed the town they had not been made aware of this incoming complex, the town listened to its residents and tried to do the right thing.
Kingsbury's Code Enforcement Officer concluded there were material misrepresentations regarding neighborhood outreach and public awareness during the approval process.
The town attempted to annul the prior approvals.
This is common with all commercial solar salesmen. They lie to American landowners and tell them their "neighbor already said yes, so they should, too." In Kingsbury, it came out that the solar company had done just that, misleading landowners.
Well AES didn't like that very much.
AES responded by suing the Town of Kingsbury, the Planning Board, and the Code Enforcement Officer.
Obviously, the multi-billion dollar renewable company won, and this is the view on Vaughn Road in Kingsbury, New York today.
Who owns AES?
A Google search will show you:
"The buyers in this consortium include U.S.-based Global Infrastructure Partners (a subsidiary of BlackRock), Sweden's EQT, the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS), and the Qatar Investment Authority."
That's who strong-armed, bullied, and legally flattened a small New York town to force a commercial solar complex into one of the prettiest regions of the state.
This is foreign intervention in the form of swallowing our home rule whole.
No one has done more to help get the message out about ORES to the federal government than @johnrich.
I decided to start posting my content to X only one month ago. Within a week, Mr. Rich had seen and read what I posted and initiated a meeting. Having beaten energy company overreach before, it didn’t take him long to grasp what’s happening here in New York State.
Within a week, he engaged the federal government. There is much more to come.
I’m eternally grateful for him being a critical liaison for us here in Upstate NY. He was the final piece we needed to get this information into the right hands.
He is the perfect man for this job.
While ORES sites renewable energy complexes on sensitive habitats, grasslands, and wetlands, they're also ignoring another group of people that have tended to the land in this country longer than we have.
Take Horseshoe Solar in Rush, New York as a prime example of ORES steamrolling the Seneca Nation of Indians, despite their attempts to protest and inform the office of the sensitive areas around the Genesee River where Invenergy is now Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) UNDER the river.
The Seneca Nation of Indians and the Tonawanda Seneca Nation of Indians have protested Horseshoe Solar since the beginning.
They filed countless reports and requests to the NYS Office of Historical Preservation (SHPO). All were ignored.
In the 1960s, Seneca graves were found and 46 bodies were exhumed; the skeletal remains and recovered burial materials are at the Rochester Museum and Science Center. Those graves were found less than 2 feet under the surface.
Invenergy used HDD to go under this portion of land.
A carefully completed study, "The Cultural Landscape of the Genesee Valley," researched by Justin Tubiola was sent to SHPO, explaining that proposed installation activities would ignore the sensitivity of the land at Golah.
SHPO and ORES didn't care.
Invenergy, as we speak, is drilling underneath this very land. The HDD is guaranteed to disturb burial grounds and cultural materials.
The Seneca Nation of Indians and the Tonawanda Seneca Nation of Indians tried to ask the state to reconsider the siting of this project. Yet again, the American Indians have been sidelined, this time for the state's pursuit of unreliable green energy that makes the staffers at ORES, the politicians defending ORES, and the foreign corporations richer while we lose our physical history here in Upstate New York.
A central tenant of the Haudenosaunee is gratitude and reverence for all of Nature. Each morning, and before each meeting, the Seneca thank the elements of Nature for the gifts they bring. Here is what they say about water (source: Kimmerer- Braiding Sweet Grass):
"We give thanks to all the waters of the world for quenching our thirst, for providing strength and nurturing life for all beings. We know its power in many forms—waterfalls and rain, mists and streams, rivers and oceans, snow and ice. We are grateful that the waters are still here and meeting their responsibility to the rest of Creation. Can we agree that water is important to our lives and bring our minds together as one to send greetings and thanks to the Water? Now our minds are one."
Ironically, in this very area, there are homes with contaminated water, homes without water, and water leaking out of holes bored under the Genesee River, including a punctured aquifer.
All for a solar commercial complex that won't lower your electric bills or provide reliable energy to our grid when we need it most.
This is one of the biggest scams ever peddled on the residents of North America.
JUST IN: Video obtained by News 8 shows a Monday arrest on Avenue B that has prompted concerns on social media regarding officers' use of force.

You heard the man! @johnrich is putting his boots on the ground here in Upstate NY soon. A fight for the ages is brewing.
Thank you from all of us here in Upstate NY, John. We need help.
