He was just REPORTED for invading the women's restroom after the university started enforcing a new Kansas law requiring sex-segregated facilities.

Kirchstein says he has "No intention of complying" with the law and will continue invading the women's room.

Under the Kansas law, violations will result in fines and an eventual misdemeanor charge.
