@Roguemomma1 I don't get migraines very often, but when I do they're brutal. I'm sorry you have to deal with those on top of all the other symptoms. I take progesterone too. It's a welcome relief to be able to sleep better than I did before the meds.
@ClaytonsJustice Coincidence that she lobs a hail Mary right up until the scheduled date and then gets conveniently ill the same day? Not suspicious at all.
How does this address the real issue? Who is this person afraid of? How is her life affected by this ruling? Is this genuine fear of a person who wants absolutely nothing to do with her, or a vendetta (tantrum) for not getting her way? Your cards are showing, and your hand sucks!
Court Documents for the DVRO appeal of #LauraMichelleOwens v. Mike Marraccini, docketed 6/8/26.
Notice of Motion and Motion to Correct and Augment the Record on Appeal; Request for Expedited Consideration of the Papers; Memorandum of Points and Authorities, filed by #LauraMichelleOwens, 6/8/26.
Owens requests that the court correct and augment the appellate record to include her emergency medical notifications and related communications that explained her absence at the hearing where her DVRO renewal was dismissed, arguing that these materials are essential for a fair appellate review. She seeks expedited consideration so that the appellate court has a complete and accurate record of the circumstances surrounding the dismissal. She argues the current record omits critical facts and communications necessary for a fair review of her appeal.
Thank you to @damnhealthydose for obtaining these court documents. π«Ά

@DavidSGingras@rmyers42 I have a theory. Did someone once call you Sue? As Johnny Cash said "life ain't easy for a boy named Sue" I understand how humiliating that is if so, but is it really healthy to keep retaliating in your 60s?
This might be one of my favorite crash and burn moments. If you really want to know someone's true colors, just wait long enough and they will reveal them. Bravo π @DavidSGingras
