@RoganMackie preach! I have been trying to contact both with no luck. Tried every possible humber and nobody ever picks up. My delivery did not reach me although @Hermesparcels emailed me it was and signed for (?!) but I have no parcel. Ridiculous.

WOW @SportsDirect_CS what a POOR customer service. Impossible to reach anyone over phone. @Hermesparcels says my parcel is with me, but it is NOT. I did not sign for it. Parcel is NOT with neighbours. No delivery note left. Where is my parcel?!?!?!?!?!?!?! #sportsdirect

@SportsDirectUK parcel was being delivered by @Hermesparcels. Hermes falsely emailed that it was delivered at my hm as I was not hm. Signature on tracking website not mine. NO delivery card left. Parcel not with neighbours. Stuck without present 4 my friend. @SportsDirectUK help.
