@jonathanmaze All you have to do is walk into my local Wendy’s, which is in an affluent area. The store is probably seven years old. The service is absolutely terrible. They don’t open until 7:30 AM. And the lobby closes at 10 AM.

@thepointsguy Lol funny you ask. I’m literally on my first carnival cruise line now and I just had this conversation with another guest. You cannot even compare them. Carnival is a mess. I have lined up so many times in these massive lines for different things. The food is inedible!
@AlaskaAir absolutely ridiculous. I’m locked out of my account and can’t reset the password. I’m wanting to make a booking and so I call up and the lady tells me I have to pay $15 for her to assist me. Talk about terrible customer service.

@SilkSonder who is your CEO? Why am I getting emails to an email address that I know for a fact I have never signed up for your emails and I can tell by the email account that’s been used. Someone had better contact me otherwise I’m filing.
@DansDeals Question. If there’s one award (for arguments sake) at 10,000 miles. Once that’s gone there’s a 15,000 award available to the next person. When you cancel yours, does that go back into the system as 10,000 miles for someone else?
