🚨Trump today:
“We can’t take care of daycare. We’re a big country. We’re fighting wars. It’s not possible for us to take care of daycare, Medicaid, Medicare, all these things.”
The United States has spent:
$21 billion on the Iran war in 30 days.
$100 million on Trump’s golf tab this term.
$200 billion requested for Pentagon weapons.
$8 trillion on wars since September 11th.
But daycare is not possible.
Medicare is not possible.
Medicaid — which covers 72 million Americans including children, seniors, and people with disabilities — is not possible.
“If you gave me $1 million [at Kansas], I wouldn’t have made it to the NBA”

Bill Self has done a tremendous job rallying Kansas without Darryn Peterson. Jayhawks battled Duke last Tuesday at MSG and won back-to-back games against Notre Dame and Syracuse in Las Vegas. Getting better.
The New Zealand government is pulling back on protecting Māori rights, sparking protests from indigenous lawmakers who oppose the decision with their traditional “haka” chant.
This is powerful.
Shout out to Ms. Macomber, P.E. teacher in Portland’s David Douglas school district, who paid Ahmed Muhumed’s athletics fee his 9th grade yr so he could run XC.
Now he’s a pro runner for @NAZ_Elite and just qualified for @WorldAthletics XC Champs.
