I finally spoke to a live person after another 45 m on hold - the only way to change my email address is to start a live chat online-they couldn’t help me - going to the airport and speaking to a person at the counter can’t help me - great way to treat your ‘loyalty’customers

@Delta I wish I read this feed before I booked - apparently a 2 hour wait is nothing when you changed my flight to something completely different then what I booked - just 1 week ago!!!Seriously what other business would get away with such practices?!!

@Delta We will see - was able to change my inbound but not my outbound after 3 hours on hold - not sure how I’m going to return my rental car- but I guess that’s my problem not yours. Was told to still expect changes to a flight in July- does that seem right?
