He stands to make in the 10's of millions by giving contracts to Brookfield instead of having openly bid contracts.

@ksorbs They should have a civil ceremony for all students, then after that, if kids wish to act foolish, jump around or put on a display of excitement/ craziness have at it. This would allow quiet respectful people to quietly exit and head for a family celebration however they wish.
