I don’t know. Maybe, next time there’s an announcement of someone leaving a position. If you must comment, say something like wish you luck or thanks for your time. Instead of a backhanded or nasty comment. OHH OR don’t say anything at all. 🙆🏻‍♀️

This is people’s livelihoods. This is how they provide for their families. It’s just not right.

Having to have talks with their own children because other kids are talking trash about their dad/mom at school or in the stands. ☹️

Coaches spend more time at school than with their own kids. Some even continue working AT HOME which takes away from their families.

These coaches literally have uproot their entire life to go somewhere else. That includes, their kids who have to leave their school and friends. Or their wife who has to resign at her job and leave a place she loved.

Like do you realize how much goes into coaching? Probably not because then nasty comments wouldn’t be made.

They make comments like “Thank goodness we’re finally getting rid of them”, “hopefully we’ll find someone who’s more invested”, “find someone who knows what they’re actually doing”, etc.

When people feel they have the right to bash coaches (or anyone) on social media.
