This is what happens when the news hits that the government is working on new contracts for drones.
I look forward to seeing this happen with Hydrograph in the near future!!

Hydrograph $HGRAF $HG
Just dropped their April 2026 Monthly Progress Report, which is the official CSE filing.
• Shares outstanding are now at approximately 349.8 million.
Operational Execution (The Buildout)
• They are reporting continued improvement of the Hyperion production units and are building additional ones for scale.
• Austin, Texas HQ: Phase 1 is officially open and operational as of April 14, 2026. This centralizes exec, R&D, and production functions. Phase 2 buildout prep is underway for even more expansion.
• Equipment and materials are continuing their move from the Manhattan, Kansas facility; Kansas site will close once Austin is fully ramped and consolidated.
• Progress is rolling toward the final agreement on that new large-scale Texas production facility right next to an acetylene pipeline. This is key for cheaper feedstock and scaling up to hundreds of tons of graphene.
• Manchester, UK ops are continuing with advanced application work across industry verticals.
• They are actively hiring for key roles to support manufacturing scale-up and commercialization.
Commercial & Partnership Wins
• Steady work continues on product research, business development, and marketing activities.
• No new certifications, LOIs, partnerships, or contracts were announced this month. They’re in workhorse mode right now.
Quick Investor Takeaways
Hydrograph is steadily grinding through the infrastructure moves and consolidation to set up for much bigger things ahead. The Austin HQ opening and new Texas facility show they’re locking in efficiency and low-cost scale, all while staying debt-free on their nice cash runway.
The operational flywheel is turning strong with capacity building, cost structure tweaks, and go-to-market prep.
It’s still early, but every report like this adds tangible proof that they’re methodically turning their amazing graphene potential into commercial reality.

🚨 JUST IN: President Trump TERMINATED the Obama-era mandate that pushed auto start-stop systems into vehicles.
You know the one.
You stop at a red light.
Your engine shuts off.
Every. Single. Time.
Doesn’t matter if you hate it.
Doesn’t matter if it wears down the starter.
Doesn’t matter if you have to turn it off manually every time you start the car.
It was forced in the name of “efficiency.”
Trump just ended it.
No more government telling automakers how to design your engine.
No more being annoyed at every stoplight.
Build better cars. Let consumers choose.
Common sense is back.

Just dropped their March 2026 Monthly Progress Report, which is the official CSE filing (April 7, 2026)
https://t.co/6eSyjHPIlQ
Summary:
Capital Raise & Share Update
• Closed a C$30 million LIFE Offering on March 5: 5.88 million units at C$5.10 each (1 share + ½ warrant at C$6.10, 36 months, with acceleration).
• Issued ~3.05 million shares from prior warrant exercises (~C$2.78 avg).
• This is a fresh runway for scaling, shares outstanding now ~350 million. Strong vote of confidence from investors.
Operational Execution (The Buildout)
• Austin, Texas HQ: Phase 1 now open. Phase 2 buildout underway for expanded R&D/production. Equipment moving from Kansas. Kansas site will close once Austin is fully ramped.
• Locking in a new large-scale Texas production facility next to an acetylene pipeline . This will bring cheaper feedstock and faster scale to hundreds of tons of graphene.
• UK (Manchester) ops continuing advanced application work.
• Hyperion production units being improved, and more units are in the works.
Commercial & Partnership Wins
• March 17: Broadway Colours Ltd. (UK) certified as a qualified HydroGraph Compounding Partner . This boosts reach in European plastics/polymers markets.
• March 23: Signed LOI with Sparc Technologies to integrate Fractal Graphene™ into Sparc’s ecosparc® additives for protective coatings (targeting the massive $33B infrastructure corrosion-protection space). Joint testing and potential commercial supply ahead.
Quick Investor Takeaways
This is classic “quiet execution” mode.
The big raise de-risks the Austin move and next-gen facility build. It’s amazing that they have no debt.
Partnerships show the commercial flywheel starting to turn, especially in high-margin coatings and plastics.
Still early, but they show tangible progress on capacity, cost structure, and go-to-market.
Video for $HG $HGRAF education purposes that I made with Google NotebookLM. Its far from a perfect illustration but its pretty good so I thought I would share for feedback.
No Kings explained for people who think they're fighting fascism.
You're standing in a crowd on Saturday. You look around and think yeah. No Kings. This is what democracy looks like.
Bro.
You're holding a sign made by a communist billionaire who lives in Shanghai.
You live in a constitutional republic.
Elections. Term limits. A free press that spent four years calling the president a fascist without one journalist being arrested.
The modern left's definition of fascism:
You love your country? Fascist.
You want to enforce the border? Racist.
You think parents should raise their kids? Bigot.
You want to know who's voting in your elections? Jim Crow.
Being patriotic is fascism to the modern left.
But every country has borders and enforces them. 176 countries require ID to vote. That's the definition of a country.
But the Democratic establishment told you otherwise. And you believed them.
Congress has a 15% approval rating. 80% of Americans disapprove. 97% of incumbents got re-elected.
Chuck Schumer. 46 years. Longer than Stalin.
Steny Hoyer. 45 years. Longer than Mao.
Mitch McConnell. 42 years. 5x more than Napoleon.
Nancy Pelosi. 39 years. Longer than Henry VIII.
Maxine Waters. 35 years. Longer than Mussolini.
Bernie Sanders. 35 years. Triple Hitler's entire reign.
Trump. 5 years and 3 months. Won the popular vote and the electoral vote.
But Trump is the king. Okay buddy.
You don't hate kings. You hate kings that aren't yours.
And Saturday they had you in the streets carrying their water.
The Democratic Party installed a president without letting you vote. Biden quit on a Sunday. By Tuesday your queen was crowned.
No primary. No debate. No ballot. First time since 1968.
Three days before your march every Senate Democrat voted against photo ID to vote.
During COVID you carried a vaccine card everywhere like a hall pass from the government just to eat at a restaurant.
But getting a birth certificate or waiting two hours at the DMV to prove you're a citizen before you vote? That's oppression.
The Democratic Party is pro illegal immigration.
Counts non-citizens in the Census. Census determines congressional seats. More non-citizens means more seats means more power. No voter ID means no way to check.
That's how you keep power without wearing a crown.
Biden built a censorship machine.
Pressured Facebook to suppress true information and admitted it in writing. Censored scientists. Censored doctors. Censored JOKES. The Biden White House told Facebook to remove "humor and satire."
They literally went after people for making fun of them. UK does it better tho...
Everything they censored turned out to be right. They just outsourced the silencing to Silicon Valley.
And it doesn't stop at speech.
The extreme left justifies taking children from families.
Six thousand schools rewrite children's identities without telling parents. And the State has the right to intervene.
The Hitler Youth did this. Mao's Red Guards did this. The Soviets built statues of a child who reported his own father.
Same playbook.
During Covid, your bakery got shut down. Church closed. You couldn't hold your dying mother's hand at the hospital.
But thousands packed together during BLM to burn Minneapolis and THAT was essential civic engagement. Obviously.
$2 billion in damage. 25 dead. 2,000 cops injured. 20 states burning. VP Kamala promoted a bail fund for the rioters. No investigation. No hearings.
January 6. One building. Few hours. 1,000 prosecuted. Two years of televised hearings.
Kings decide which violence counts. The left decided.
Charlie Kirk spent his life walking onto campuses asking for honest debate. He was assassinated.
CSIS terrorism database. 2025 is the first year in 30 years that left-wing attacks outnumber right-wing. Yet no one brings this up.
75% of liberal students say preventing a speaker from talking is justified. 27% say violence is acceptable.
Liberals who went to Trump rallies: "I never felt unsafe." "The experience changed me."
Conservatives who show up on liberal campuses get screamed at, blocked, and assassinated.
One side talks. The other side screams.
The Party for Socialism and Liberation marched with you Saturday.
Their stated purpose in their own words: "Revolution." Not reform. Marxism.
The system that killed a hundred million people last century. They had you holding their signs while they said it out loud.
500 groups. $3 billion in revenue. Pre-printed signs. The signs were ready before you were angry.
The money leads to Neville Roy Singham. Billionaire in Shanghai. Attends CCP workshops. Funnels millions through shell companies at UPS mailboxes. Three Congressional committees have subpoenaed him as a suspected CCP foreign agent.
You thought you were fighting for democracy. You were carrying water for Beijing.
"Liberals are leaving the First Amendment behind." Spoken by the ACLU lawyer who defended Nazis in court because it was their constitutional right.
Bill Clinton put 100,000 cops on the street. Reformed welfare. Said illegal immigration is wrong to a standing ovation. Told America the era of big government is over.
Today his own party would call him a fascist.
The 1990s Democrat defended free speech for Nazis. Yours censors doctors for telling the truth.
The 1990s Democrat held open primaries. Yours installed a nominee without a vote.
The 1990s Democrat trusted parents. Yours takes their children.
Historians measure fascism across eight traits. Here's who checks the boxes in 2026:
Censorship of political opposition. Democrats.
Contempt for democratic process. Democrats.
Tolerance of political violence. Democrats.
State ideology forced on families. Democrats.
Corporate-state fusion. Democrats.
Scapegoating and manufactured enemies. Both sides.
Cult of personality. Both sides.
Ultranationalism. Republicans.
Five for the left. One for the right. Two shared.
You marched against kings on Saturday.
You marched FOR kings.
You just didn't know which was which.
Stop being gaslit.
I hope you understand what's at stake.
A good friend of mind has the following concerns about HYDROGRAPH CLEAN POWER:
Great potential, but my biggest concern is theft of the patent or finding a better or similar way of producing. Also, is the team capable of bringing this to success?
My response:
Wise to have those 2 concerns... Others have brought up the same questions. They are potential factors.
Those possibilities have not overridden my investment decision for the following reasons:
COPYCATS:
1. Patents. HG has patents on many different gasses to use in the ignition process.
2. Patents on the intricacies of exactly how to explode it to give HG graphene the unique fractal 100% SP2 bonded characteristics.
3. Downstream patents on how to customize formulas to make it work in different end products (this is ongoing and they are continually adding to their patents list as they research different applications)
4. First mover advantage. It would take considerable time for others to catch up if they could. Within that time HG would have solid relationships with customers as the Go To Company with a far superior product.
5. The world leading research into graphene, occurs at the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre
(GEIC) in Manchester England. They work with companies that want to improve their products with graphene. Hydrograph consistently comes out on top in test results, and has been awarded the Tier 1 status as a result.
CAN THEY PULL IT OFF:
6. They have already proven they can produce the exact same quality graphene with 100% consistency.
7. Can they keep up with demand on a big scale? Scalability involves making more Hyperion units. Next they'll build 10 more. Then 100 more at a time. Then expanding these operations worldwide.
8. Management. So far they have a rock solid team. They sound capable and confident. It will be hard for them to screw this up.
Time will show us if they can reach crucial milestones along the way. As each of these are checked off the list, HG is de-risked to new levels, and the stock goes up to new levels.
INITIAL MILESTONES:
1. Confirmed contract with gas company next door to their facility.
2. Up listing to the NASDAQ exchange for a huge. increase in retail and especially institutional exposure.
3. Confirmed contracts.
4. Increased production and profits.
GLOBAL MACRO PICTURE DRIVERS:
1. The worldwide shift away from Globalism... relying on other Countries for crucial raw materials and technology relating to National Security and consumer goods. HG will help to make Countries and companies self sufficient, profitable, efficient, and successful.
2. Increasing scarcity of rare earth minerals and raw materials. Graphene will reduce quantities needed.
3. The Green Movement: less plastic toxicity, less pollution, cleaner production of the graphene, etc.
4. AI Movement: Graphene makes computers work faster, with less heat, and use less electricity.
5. World Energy Demand: HG Graphene makes things operate more efficiently.
6. Performance: every imaginable product will be superior with HG Graphene. This is a competitive world... Nobody wants to be left behind.
7. The list goes on...
@BambroughKevin@bayarmaa_daam Here’s someone else taking a pause on HydroGraph. I first heard about them for this guy so it doesn’t make me feel good…. https://t.co/a237oL4XTL

Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission.
Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in
Qatar by the CIA.
Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy.
It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.”
Obama and Hillary committed TREASON!
THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not.
Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo.
Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal.
So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.
2013. Obama talks about how incredibly irresponsible it would be for Congress to shut down the government in order to blackmail a President into making concessions.
Be sure to pass this along to Democrats.
Here are the SIMPLE FACTS about the Democrat Shutdown:
1️⃣ Democrat votes are REQUIRED to reopen the government.
2️⃣ Democrats have voted 13 TIMES to keep it closed.
3️⃣ Democrats refuse to fund the government unless we restore- $200 BILLION in health benefits for illegal aliens, BILLIONS for foreign projects, $500 MILLION for leftist media outlets, and huge CUTS to rural hospitals.
4️⃣ Democrats ADMIT they’re using the pain and suffering of the American people as “leverage,” while boasting that “every day gets better” for them.
🚨🚨Democrats are doing this to appease their far Left Marxist base —because they are more afraid of THEM than the American people.
Great “chart work” Ross!
$hg $hgraf took off with an explosive move. 10x in record speed because of its unparalleled potential.
I often describe stock charts as telling a story. The fantastic ramp up in Hydrograph was like a porker tell. It was a harbinger of future exceptional performance just like we experienced with TASR that became AXON.
Everyone how takes the time to do deep due diligence on HG sees the exceptional potential. As you mentioned, with the company cashed up to fund its small capex needs, all eyes are on the catylysts ahead, contracts, US miltary, Texas plant, more patents, JV’s, and Nasdaq
As the news flow ramps up and the excitement continues to build I expect we will continue to see explosive upward moves as more and more investors become exposed to the story. Plus sceptics continue to get converted and shorts throw in the towel.
The earnings potential is what makes this story so unique. I continue to believe it’s a story stock that is primed to go viral like no other. As Dr. Sorensen says “it’s gonna change the world”. Material science is going through a major evolution. It’s not an overstatement to say that nearly everything we make will be altered for the better because of graphene
