@FunDisney3 @SkyNews It was his boat, that he knowingly took out with several defects after ignoring several police warnings then drive it drunk, at night and at speed without safety equipment. Only ever his word she drove, eyewitness evidence states he was driving.

@stevekendall151 Only his word that she was driving, no evidence supports this. He knowingly took out a defective boat with multiple faults after ignoring several warnings from police then drive it drunk at night with no lights st 3 x speed limit. All the actions of someone innocent.

Or maybe the repeated police warnings he ignored? Or the lives of 10 women he knowingly endangered by taking them out on his boat prior to the incident?
