@DonDurrett@BrianGoodner Don even if your right on low 50’s, all we’re Investing/Gambling on with them is higher Silver prices.100+ fixes everything unless their Aisc is $99 lol
@BrianGoodner@DonDurrett Anderson had stated in an interview , that 2027 Aisc he would like to be in the low 40’s for a 2027 average, which I would be happy with.
Silver Price is the key obviously (if we can sustain over a 100+ with lower AISC we start rerating big time), looking forward to earnings (I hope they have made some progress) the 10 million hurts that they might have to pay out this year. I think Silver starts moving November at the latest into next year.
@Scottbilly56@MiningWithJosh@KingKong9888 I don't think it's possible with diesel prices and general inflation of everything, his last interview he stated low 40's for 2027 and his thoughts were everybody's AISC was going to rise.
Don's #'s are more bullish, my Chat Conservative assumptions: 4.5M AgEq oz, $45 AISC, 30% tax haircut, ~900M diluted shares, C$1.38/US$ and a 6× valuation multiple:
US$100 $55US Margin/oz $247.5 Annual AISC Margin = Share Price $1.59
US$150 $105US Margin/Oz $472.5 Annual AISC Margin = Share Price $3.04
So your real home-run territory isn't dependent on $200 silver.
If GSVR actually demonstrates 4.5M+ production + ~$45 AISC, then sustained $100–125 silver could already justify a dramatically different valuation. At $125, our range becomes roughly C$2.32–$3.09.
At $150+, you're potentially looking at C$3–$4+, with $200 producing an admittedly very bullish C$4.49–$5.99 scenario.
@MiningWithJosh@Annie_Bex@Scottbilly56@KingKong9888 Valenciana i think is one of their lowest cost mine, the $83 comes from 70% reduction in processed ore from in 2025, 2023 $15.20 aisc over a million oz produced.
Silver over a $100 fixes everything even they can’t screw it up.
