The idea that every pastor must be a preacher is unbiblical. 10,000s of great pastors faithfully serve churches without preaching.! The finest pastors I know served 4 decades caring for & leading Saddleback church without preaching. Al doesn’t get to decide who is/isn’t a pastor

You just don't dare call a female staff (who's done 100s of funerals & pastoral care for 26 yrs) a pastor
