She has not warmed up despite staff using treats to build a positive association. This designation often means that the cat will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

A volunteer writes: Having been handed several big changes and asked to make do, Babygirl has tried enough new things to know that it's not really her style. She had a home but due to housing insecurity, was given to someone in April, and then eventually brought to us. Though finding her footing has proven to be a little more elusive than she anticipated, Babygirl has found some comfort in her den. Snuggled up and making only the rarest and requisite of appearances, Babygirl knows that what works for her isn't exactly the most outgoing. Though she wasn't at all interested in pets, she good naturedly popped her head out for some treats and we started building a friendship. We hope that you'll come in and offer Babygirl what she's been hoping to find this whole time - a forever home. Babygirl tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. ❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻
