The “chase of perfection” is killing your progress
It’s held so many people back from even starting in the first place.
They bury their head in the sand and think “fuck it” if they can’t be 100% perfect with training, nutrition, sleep ALL THE TIME.
Just waiting for the stars to align.
So because it can’t be 100% they don’t bother and it’s 0%.
Now we’re specially talking about really busy people here (were all busy I might add)
Fathers with demanding jobs, people who travel for work with long hours etc.
And look…I get it and I’m not here to judge.
BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Doesn’t have to be 100% all the time for you to see results and get the health benefits from it.
We can shoot for 100% as often as possible of course.
But is 70-80% really a bad week vs 0%
Progress gonna come speeding to a halt?
I don’t think so.
We just need to raise our baseline minimum standard.
70-80% done consistently for 6-12 months is a hell of a lot better than fuck all mate.
We THEN work at building that 70-80% closer to 85-95% as an example.
But get in the game.
Don’t need perfection.
Avoid the “all or nothing” trap.
I guess we know she wasn't committing perjury when she said that her career was on the line with how she testified.
She said what she said, and now apparently it is over.
