@rjerue Interviews should be at least as much work for the interviewer as the candidate. We can make them fun and lighthearted while still getting the signals needed to make an informed hiring decision.
@rjerue It’s also important to remember that nerves can mask signal. Interviews don’t have to be tense. I like to set the tone with a well-rehearsed dumb joke and lead in laughter. I find most relax and work through the interview fine afterward.
@edgarasben@remix_run I am using a CMS for my blog built on Remix. When rendering items from the CMS, I rewrite the image URLs to be /img/<filename> and then have a route that essentially looks like the following.
