We all get something (non-chemical) from smoking. If you can find out what that is & replace the method of getting it, you'll greatly improve your odds of long-term change.

@sillysyntax I spent a lifetime learning to "engineer around my own shortcomings". Getting my dx helped me to understand- for me the understanding makes things easier. I try to use those things to help others.
