All these schools making people ‘apply’ for UPS! Stop doing it! Just give all M6 teachers UPS1 if they ‘pass’ their performance management (which all should unless conduct issues). Then once done 2yrs on UPS1, the same quick “yes, no performance concerns) can happen for UPS2.
