@grahamcox82@DayleyAgile@lanettecream A possible alternative... they want someone who is open to learning. Some people with 20+ years think they know it all. This is something I try to avoid (at 22 years experience), but occasionally I check myself to make sure I remain open.
...That all said, you're probably right.
