All it takes is a few immigrants crossing a border, and suddenly large chunks of the population in the United States and half of Europe are ready to cheer on Putin’s genocide in Ukraine.

How on earth are these not two entirely separate things? Think whatever you like about immigration, and then support Ukraine’s survival anyway.

And for those who admire Russia as a white bastion of traditional values, a few facts are in order.

Russia is a federation of nearly 200 ethnic groups, home to somewhere around twenty million Muslims. More than in Europe and the U.S.

On the traditional side of the ledger, it has one of the highest divorce rates in the world, an abortion rate that would make a Texas Republican faint, church attendance in the single digits, and an alcohol and HIV problem the Kremlin prefers not to discuss.

Whatever Russia is selling, it is not what these people think.

Ukraine has officially notified @icao that the Russian airspace is not safe for civilian aviation because of increased military activity. We urge everyone to avoid it.

Russia has been deliberately ignoring the existing threats as a result of its aggression against Ukraine, which has already led to several incidents in the past years.

Against the backdrop of Russia’s drastic escalation of terror against Ukraine, Russian airspace is becoming increasingly unsafe.

This is our responsible decision to notify ICAO and all airlines, and governments to take caution — even if Russia refuses to fulfill its responsibility to inform them. We want to prevent unintended incidents.

The war is returning home to Russia. Ukraine exercises its inherent right to self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter.

Russia wants to turn Ukraine into a concentration camp. Into one vast prison.

The principle of the concentration camp is relentless pressure. You are given not a single minute for yourself, for your own world, for your own thoughts. Constant, grinding pressure. They take away your ability to switch off. You cannot sleep. You cannot dream. You cannot think. You cannot simply be alone with yourself. They take you away from you. All that remains is the shell.

This is what Russia is now trying to do with Ukraine with these endless missile and drone strikes, with its endless air raid alerts which never stop.

Broken people have no inner core, no will of their own. They become automatons. Robots.

While the world is creating an artificial humanity by rapidly expanding intellectual capacities through artificial intelligence, Russia has spent centuries creating its own artificial humanity through the slow degradation of the intellectual, emotional, and volitional capacities of people who already exist.

While the world is trying to turn robots into human beings, Russia has spent centuries trying to turn human beings into robots.

Now it wants to tell us: you are in prison, and we are your guards. We will watch you, punish you, kill you. But most importantly, we will strip you of your intelligence, your feelings, and your will.

The empire’s method is simple: drain people of their intelligence, their feelings, and their will—and then you can do whatever you want with them. This is what has been done to much of Russia’s own population. And this is what Russia wants to do to us.

The inner resistance to this is equally simple: to preserve an intelligence of your own, feelings of your own, a will of your own. In other words, to have a culture of your own, a society of your own, and a state of your own.

This is what resilience means.

Я ходила серед полів українських прапорів і відчувала страшну ціну свободи.

І через усе це я ще глибше зрозуміла одну річ:

Свобода — це дар нашого Творця.

Життя, свобода і прагнення до щастя — це не просто красиві слова, написані колись на старому документі. Вони говорять про те, що закладено в кожній людській душі: право жити, бути вільним, самому визначати майбутнє своєї родини і своєї країни та відмовитися ставати на коліна перед тими, хто хоче все це відібрати.

Україна б��реться за ці права щодня.

Не як за абстракції. Не як за гасла.

Життями.

Історія Америки навчила мене вірити, що за свободу варто боротися. Україна нагадала мені, чого насправді вимагає від нас ця віра.

Ми повинні допомогти Україн�� вибороти свободу, за яку стільки її синів і дочок уже віддали все.

Hard to call it “below the threshold” anymore

Something very strange is happening across Europe.

In the span of a single week, NATO countries have seen a remarkable series of incidents involving ammunition production, energy infrastructure, military facilities, and russian intelligence operations.

Let me start with what we know.

🇵🇱 POLAND

On 7 August, Polish security services detained a russian citizen, recruited by russian intelligence, whose task was to execute a man holding both American and Ukrainian citizenship – in Warsaw.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced it yesterday. According to him, this is the first time someone acting on russian orders has tried to kill an American citizen on the territory of another NATO country.

🇩🇪 GERMANY

On 6 August, a drone carrying explosives was found near a runway at Leipzig/Halle airport – next to a Ukrainian Antonov Airlines cargo aircraft. Two days later, two drones were spotted over the Bundeswehr base at Mechernich.
Also not a rumor.

🇮🇹 ITALY

A fire in the powder compression department at the KNDS Ammo Italy plant in Colleferro, southeast of Rome, was followed by a massive explosion. No one was killed. The plant produces 155 mm artillery ammunition supplied to Ukraine through European partners.

🇳🇱 NETHERLANDS

Within a few hours at Europe’s largest port: a transformer fire, a major power failure, an emergency shutdown at the ExxonMobil refinery in Botlek, and then an explosion at the Gunvor Energy refinery and terminal that killed one worker and injured six.

I wouldn’t be surprised if russia is responsible for all these “accidents”.

I wrote about this problem two years ago. Back then, Europe was already experiencing an extraordinary wave of suspicious incidents:
🇱🇹 IKEA set on fire in Vilnius.
🇬🇧 An arson attack on a Ukraine-linked warehouse in London.
🇩🇪 Sabotage plots against military and industrial targets in Germany.
🇨🇿 Attempts to attack infrastructure in the Czech Republic.
🇪🇪 An attack on the car of Estonia’s interior minister.
🚆 Attempts to disrupt European railway systems.
📦 And later, incendiary devices sent through European logistics networks – including devices that detonated or ignited in Germany, Poland and Britain.

At the time, people could argue these were isolated incidents.

Today, we know much more. European investigators and courts have connected multiple sabotage operations directly to networks organized or coordinated by russian intelligence.
The pattern was real. It was simply diagnosed late.

That is the design. Hybrid war works by staying below the threshold at which any single incident forces a response. Every event, taken alone, is deniable. Only the sequence gives it away.
So when another extraordinary cluster of explosions, fires, drones, power failures, and intelligence operations appears across Europe in one week, perhaps we should stop treating every incident as if it exists in a vacuum.

Europe no longer has the luxury of automatically assuming accidents and coincidence.

Russia is waging a hybrid war against Europe. Sabotage. Arson. Cyberattacks. Assassination plots. GPS interference. Attacks on logistics and critical infrastructure.

These are not theoretical threats. They have already happened.

Unpopular opinion: The Western "Left vs. Right" spectrum is completely inapplicable to post-colonial nations like Ukraine.
In the West, political ideology sits on a grid of economic policy and culture wars. In Ukraine, the only axis that matters is sovereignty vs. subjugation.
Labels like "Right" or "Left" fail here because defensive anti-colonial liberation (reclaiming language, identity, and statehood) isn't "right-wing conservatism." It's the baseline precondition for existence. Meanwhile, old "leftist" structures here were simply vehicles for Soviet imperial control.
Trying to force Ukraine into Western political boxes turns basic self-preservation into an "ideology." We don't fit the spectrum because the spectrum wasn't built for nations fighting to exist.

Russia continues to invent legal traps in order to keep kidnapped Ukrainian children forever. Just recently, Putin signed Federal Constitutional Law No. 4-FKZ, which has catastrophic consequences for the search and rescue of Ukrainian children. Under this law, all adoption documents issued by occupation authorities are now valid indefinitely.

Prior to this, such decisions had a transitional status until the spring of 2026, after which cases were supposed to be reviewed. Now, Russian authorities are officially permitted to conduct no reviews whatsoever. They have been given the green light to avoid searching for biological parents, ignore the fact that families were forcibly separated during hostilities, and turn a blind eye to the reality that relatives might be searching for these children in Ukraine right now.

The aggressor is massively and permanently legalizing abduction, binding a Ukrainian child to a stranger's family.

I constantly encounter how difficult it is to pull a child out of the Russian system. The occupiers change children's first names, last names, and places of birth, completely erasing their past. With the adoption of this law, challenging adoptions and proving family ties will become times more difficult. They are trying to create the illusion of complete legality in their actions so that the occupation of children's destinies becomes irreversible.

The scale of this tragedy is hard to overstate. Every day, my Save Ukraine team and I try to fight against Russian bureaucracy, but now the enemy has added yet another serious barrier. However, we keep working, searching for children, and finding new opportunities to bring them home.

Please share this post. The more people know about Russia's crimes, the harder it will be for Russia to hide them behind the dry lines of its laws.

Here is a small reminder for everyone spreading the pro-russian narrative about "revenge for Wildberries," as well as for any normal person who doesn't follow the war closely and feels confused. Pay attention to the dates!

​Russia struck the Amstor Shopping Mall in Kremenchuk on June 27, 2022, with cruise missiles in the middle of the day while up to 1,000 people were inside. 21 people died, and over 70 were injured.

​Russia struck the Epicentr Hypermarket in Kharkiv on May 25, 2024. It was a weekend afternoon, and around 200 civilians and staff were inside shopping for home supplies. The blast sparked a high-temperature chemical and building-material fire. We had to use DNA testing to identify victims. 19 were killed, including children, and 46 were injured.

​Russia struck the Kostiantynivka Central Market and surrounding shops at least twice: September 6, 2023, and August 9, 2024. Both strikes targeted dense retail zones crowded with shoppers during morning or early afternoon hours. 17 were killed and 32 injured in the September 2023 strike, and 14 were killed and 44 injured in the August 2024 strike on the Eko-Market.

​Russia struck the Nova Poshta Sorting Terminal in Korotych, Kharkiv region, on October 21, 2023. Late at night, while employees were unloading civilian mail, parcels, and humanitarian packages, two S-300 missiles hit a location where missiles arrive faster than they can be detected. The 8 people killed stood no chance, 15 people were injured.

​Russians continued to strike Nova Poshta in Korotych on January 13, 2026, killing 4 people and injuring 6; on July 19, 2026, killing 4 people and injuring 19; and on August 2, 2026, killing a driver. Among all the attacks listed, only the latest two occurred after the beginning of Ukrainian strikes on Wildberries.

​Russia struck the ATB Supermarket & Retail Square in Kherson on May 3, 2023. Hitting civilian shopping infrastructure during daytime hours, they trapped shoppers inside the burning grocery hall. 23 people were killed across Kherson that day: 4 inside the ATB supermarket, 1 inside the Epicentr store, and others at nearby transport stops and shops.

​Russia struck the Kherson Central City Market on October 1, 2024. Around 9:00 AM, artillery rounds landed directly in active outdoor market stalls. 7 were killed and 3 were injured.

​Finally, Russia struck Kramatorsk Central Station on April 8, 2022, during an active civilian evacuation. A Tochka-U ballistic missile hit packed evacuation platforms, killing 63 civilians, including 9 children, and injuring over 150.

They also struck Chaplyne Railway Station on August 24, 2022, where an Iskander missile hit passenger trains and adjacent cars, killing 25 civilians and burning passenger carriages.

​This is a tiny fraction of Russian strikes on Ukrainian retail chains, markets, and civilian transportation infrastructure during the full-scale invasion. A tiny, little fraction! So when you brain-dead amoebas write "revenge for Wildberries," think again. Russia was bombing Ukraine all these years, long before our attacks on Wildberries, and they will continue regardless.

That was the time between the air raid alert in Kyiv and the explosion tonight. The bombing still goes on now.

I guess Russia has improved its ballistic missile capabilities. Experts said it now produces around 120 ballistic missiles every month, plus 4–7 Zircon hypersonic missiles. Meanwhile, the entire Western alliance produces only 50–60 PAC-3 Patriot interceptors monthly—the only interceptors capable of reliably stopping these threats.

This is no longer just Ukraine’s problem. It is a systemic failure of the West.

The West humiliated Russia in the 1990s. This war is the consequence.’

I’ve heard this in every language, from every podium. It is history rewritten backwards.

Recall what actually happened to defeated Russia: no occupation. No reparations. No tribunal. It kept its nuclear arsenal and its UN veto. Its debts were forgiven and refinanced. It was handed IMF billions and a seat at the G8 — a club of democracies admitting a wounded autocracy out of hope.

Now recall an actually humiliated nation: Germany, 1945. Occupied. Partitioned. Cities in ash, leaders hanged, guilt taught to its children by law.

Germany became the most peaceful democracy in Europe. Russia became this.

So spare me the humiliation theory. Russia was not humiliated after the Cold War. It was indulged — and it read every kindness as weakness, every gift as tribute.

The grievance was never mistreatment. The grievance was lost dominion.

Empires do not mourn their wounds. They mourn their slaves.

Yet another flood of videos from Russians weeping over the "shock" and "unfairness" of strikes on a Wildberries warehouse.

​It doesn't cross their minds how unfair it felt when we were just living our lives, bothering no one, in our own country and our own homes, right up until their missiles started tearing our cities apart on a chilly winter morning.

​You want to talk about unfair? People lived in Donbas, built businesses and raised families, until russian nazis arrived with Girkin and his thugs, declaring those people couldn't live there anymore. People evacuated, leaving their homes to Girkin's mob for pennies or nothing at all. They moved to Kharkiv, kept paying mortgages on Donetsk apartments that russians stole or destroyed, because credit history mattered, and rebuilt from scratch. They bought new homes, started new businesses. But bloodthirsty russian bastards found them here too, ruining their lives a second time. Bombing them for years, killing, burning. That is what’s unfair.

​When peaceful families have to hide from Russian bombs inside a theater, that feels unfair. When, hoping for a shred of humanity in their attackers, they paint "CHILDREN" in massive letters outside, and russians bomb it anyway, slaughtering everyone inside, isn't that unfair? When survivors crawl out of the rubble, stepping over neighbors' bodies and the ashes of their homes, only to be dragged into filtration camps, stripped naked, robbed of every even remotely valuable thing, and also basic human dignity just for the "privilege" of fleeing the ruins of their own city, is that not unfair?

​It is overwhelmingly, fucking unfair when a young woman can't hear a drone over her own exhaustion from never ending russian attacks. Now she lies trapped in her bed, pinned by a collapsed ceiling. She’s alive, but can not move because of the rubble. She smells smoke from the spreading fire, hears her neighbors screaming as they burn alive, and all she can think is that dying under the ceiling would have been a mercy compared to burning alive.

​It’s unfair when an elderly woman and her goats are murdered by a first person view drone for the sick entertainment of a some russian operator. It's unfair when a 2-year-old child is hunted and butchered on his grandparents' porch for the crime of being a Ukrainian child in Ukraine, and only for that.

​And a stupid Wildberries warehouse? That’s not unfair. It isn't even close.

Russian terror, murder and destruction are simply taken in stride as a normal story.

I did say these things about Ukraine and Zelensky and I am not deleting my posts because I’ve realized, I was wrong.

I was living in a media echo chamber and I was propagandized by Russian media on social media to believe those things.

So I came to Ukraine to see the country for myself. I am going to try to find evidence for the propaganda I’ve been fed, and if I don’t find it, I will let everyone know so they too can come to see the light.

On day one, I’ve already seen photos of dead priests in Bucha murdered by Russia and I saw the mass grave where the bodies of murdered Christians were placed after Russia sent forces from Chechnya to massacre innocent people.

I spoke with officials who rescue POWs and they showed me photos of Ukrainian POWs who had swastikas engraved into their forehead by Russians.

Who are the Nazis? 🤔 I was lied to for years.

I realized Ukraine and @ZelenskyyUa aren’t the jihadi apologists… but Russia and Putin are!

I was wrong! I have a responsibility to correct the record.

Russia is very good at information warfare.
