…then refuse to spend 2 gold on something that would save them 30 minutes.

“I'll just play for an hour.”

6 hours later you're still farming a dungeon for an item that never dropped.

Hot take:

Classic WoW wasn’t necessarily harder than modern WoW.

It was just WAY less convenient.

No quest markers.
No dungeon finder.
No flying everywhere.
No instant travel.

And somehow… we loved it.
