I’ll file a claim, but I never speak to the insurance company. I always let my lawyer handle it because they know when these guys will try to finesse you. Go to a clinic to get checked out, don’t go to a hospital that will overcharge you. They’ll try to send you to a chiropractor, but that’s a ploy to use up all your PIP. You can go, but they’ll schedule you for a long time to eat up that PIP coverage, so be careful.
