Also, this needs to be done procedurally right, for Association members and trustees alike. As it stands there is question if they violated their legal governing document -according to their own signature they did- with unapproved payments.

They don’t fit naturally.

As there’s a 15 day registration limit, the AoA filed in 2014 could not have been the 2013 approved one.

I would guess threatening and bs-ing as initial response to questions would not help if they’d ask.

As does their approvals for the 2013 and 2014 amendments to the Articles re. payment in the MEAss’ AoA.

If their copy matches the other two, will MEAss claim to also have filed a wrong copy at the Charity Commision?)

Articles 7 and 25 in their AoA are about that iirc, and the 2006 Charity Act.
