1. *Spread a deepfake*: In 2025 it posted AI-generated audio of Donald Trump Jr. saying _“Honestly, the U.S. should have been sending weapons to Russia”_. The clip was _“100% fake AI generated audio”_. FactPost deleted it after being called out.
2. *DNC-run*: It’s literally a DNC operation, not independent. The DNC’s website _“touts its support for legislation to fight AI-generated disinformation and deepfakes”_ — then its own account posted one. 81ba

*Feeding Our Future (FOF) — the biggest pandemic fraud case in U.S. history*

*What it was*: Feeding Our Future was a Minnesota nonprofit that sponsored meal sites for the Federal Child Nutrition Program. During COVID, USDA waived rules so sites could hand out meals without kids present.

*The fraud*: From April 2020 to 2022, FOF and 250+ sites claimed to serve *91 million meals* to kids and billed the feds *$250 million*. In reality, most meals never existed.

*How it worked*:
1. *Shell companies*: Created dozens of fake meal sites — daycares, grocery stores, restaurants — many that never operated.

This week, as part of Economic Fury, and in coordination with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Los Angeles Field Office and the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) took action against an Iran-based procurement network that impersonated and defrauded U.S. companies in order to procure restricted goods for Iran’s Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL) and other sanctioned Iranian end users. MODAFL is responsible for research, development, and manufacturing across Iran’s defense enterprise.

An FBI Los Angeles investigation led to the seizure of 6 domains. Beginning in or about August 2019, an individual began a scheme using the domains to impersonate U.S. businesses, including a Los Angeles-based information technology company, to procure U.S.-origin network security and other IT products on behalf of OFAC-sanctioned entities. The individual created and registered numerous fraudulent, lookalike internet domains that were designed to impersonate the domains of legitimate U.S. companies, including an IT business based in Los Angeles, California.

This individual then created email accounts with these domains in the names of actual people who worked, or fictitious people who purportedly worked, at each spoofed entity. This individual used these fraudulent domains, email accounts, and assumed identities to contact U.S. manufacturers and vendors in the Central District of California and elsewhere. The individual falsely represented that he was acting on behalf of the legitimate U.S. company when seeking to acquire IT hardware, software, and software licenses, when in fact this individual was acting on behalf of another person and its Iranian clients.

Historical releases under prior administrations (e.g., Obama era): In FY 2013, ICE released 36,007 convicted criminal noncitizens from custody. This included 426 with sexual assault convictions. Of the total released, ~16% (about 5,700) were rearrested within roughly a year for new offenses. A separate CRS review of releases found recidivists committed additional serious crimes, including dozens of murders and hundreds of sex offenses across related cohorts. In FY 2014, ICE released another 30,558 convicted criminal noncitizens (79,059 total convictions), including hundreds with sex offenses, homicides, and assaults. Non-honored detainers contributed to further releases and a documented 29% recidivism rate in some periods.
More recent Biden-era data (pre-2025): ICE reports showed hundreds of thousands of noncitizens with criminal convictions on the "non-detained docket" (i.e., known to ICE but not in custody and released into the U.S. interior). This included 15,811 convicted of sexual assault and over 13,000 convicted of homicide (plus thousands more with pending charges). Sanctuary policies in places like New York and California explicitly led to thousands more releases despite detainers—for example, New York released 6,947 criminal noncitizens (including 207 with sexual predatory offenses and 29 homicide convictions in their records), and California released 4,561 (including 234 sexual predatory offenses). One documented Illinois case involved a noncitizen released from local jail after sexual assault of a minor charges, who was then charged with homicide 17 days later.
