@WestinWong Genuinely asking. Does it matter as long as you passed the comlex? STEP 1 is pass fail and now you have a benchmark to work hard for a score for step 2. But as long as you passed comlex as a DO you should be fine for 3rd year?

Cosmic Drive has been built on Zoe at worlds multiple times but was not really built before then. After some testing it seems incredible. It also has around 3-4% higher winrate. Horizon Focus is what was seen as standard but there are a few reasons I think it's worse.

@KTaylorMS See that's what I had thought too, score of 2 = recommend anticoag. But the 2019 guidelines say that females need a score of 3+ for recommendation. A score of 2 in a female is only consider anticoag.

@soumd Yeah i just got confused because back in pharm school we were taught a male and female with a score of 1 were treated the same but now they are treated differently. Thanks for the help :D

@soumd Yes it was a serious question. The risk doesnt translate to anticoagulation though. A female with a score of 2 is treated the same as a male with a score of 1. Same with a female 3 and male 2. Essentially the 1 point from female seems ignored when deciding when to start anticoag
