Today had me thinking about my faith, Christian heritage as well as core Christian principles. I lost my father, a Vietnam Navy Vet on May 7th, 2026 and thinking about this has given me peace as I grieve and try to understand why our Loved ones must go on.
I "groked" for an opinion and was pleasantly surprised with the output: The core principles of Christianity aren't complicated—they're transformative:
• Love God fully and love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus said this is the greatest commandment. Everything else flows from it.
• Grace, not perfection. We are saved by faith in Jesus Christ, not by earning points. His death and resurrection offer forgiveness and new life to anyone who receives it.
• Truth and integrity. Follow the example of Christ: honesty, humility, justice, and mercy. The Ten Commandments and Sermon on the Mount still set the standard.
• The Fruit of the Spirit: Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These are the marks of a life changed by God.
• Hope that endures. No matter how dark things get, the resurrection reminds us that death doesn't have the final word—eternal life with God does.
Christianity isn't a checklist; it's a relationship with the God who created you and loves you enough to redeem you. It's open to everyone—flawed, broken, and searching.

I've been on a wild travel journey in China for several weeks, with only a backpack, making new friends and meeting & getting to know people from all walks of life. I've been truly humbled and inspired by everyone's kindness.
Next, I'm hopping over to Taiwan (first time for me) to hang out with Jensen, attend Computex, eat a bunch of street food, and just have fun talking to all kinds of folks around the city & beyond. After that, no plans, anything goes.
As always, please give travel suggestions or fill out coffee form if you want to hang out in Taiwain or anywhere else in the world. Love you all! ❤️
