@USAA Thank you for taking my situation seriously. Truly it isn't even for me but for those with less privilege for me, if I didn't have a friend who could help me & my husband wasn't available, it would of eventually escalated & the monetary cost would of set me back horribly.

@USAA really rough day trying to use my roadside assistance, I've already called & expressed a request to find a process improvement to stop this from happening to anyone else, I hope yall come through on improving your processes for making roadside assistance more accessible

@USAA Just the hope that the notes & escalation that the rep said they were putting through gets the attention it deserves & possible implementation. This should be a simple fix that allows for manual input by a rep to initiate roadside assistance whenever necessary.
