@VABVOX Disgusting privileged POS who never had to work paycheck-to-paycheck at a minimum wage job to survive terrorizes woman for a laugh. I can only hope the internet brings him down.
This isn't just about Paul Clement's pay cut. It's also about the fact that Martinsville schools are willing to pay $200K to defend this anti-trans policy — while only giving teachers who are new moms ten (10) days of maternity leave. https://t.co/7hxJViEWS3
@Clemma10@CoffeyTimeNews@SpeakerJohnson Oh, nonsense. Does he actually get a paper check that he cashes, then pay his bills with the cash? Maybe someone could find out if he’s ever paid for a meal with a credit card? How does he pay the credit card bill? Does he put gas in a car? How are the utilities in his home paid?
Honestly, guys, not much point in following me, I’ve already got one foot out the door. Find me on Threads @jenwgrieve, at least for now.
Also, how the hell did I acquire more than 1K followers here? 🤷🏼♀️
1) Maine doesn’t have a red flag law to remove someone’s guns when they’re a danger to themselves or others.
2) Maine doesn’t require background checks on unlicensed gun sales, so even if they had a red flag law, he could have just bought a gun at a gun show.
Hey, y’all, I’m over on Threads now as JW Grieve, don’t know my way around there yet, but if you follow me here, follow me there.
I don’t know how much longer I’ll be here on Twitter, it’s not getting better.
@semafor@JMBooyah@maxwelltani I don't know what message MSNBC is trying to send here, but the one I'm getting is "We only trust Christians and Jews to report objectively on events that affect Christians, Jews, and Muslims."
When literally millions of us can't afford medical insurance or can't afford medications, it's really shocking when celebrities (especially Republicans) expect help because they chose bad politics and bad policies. Accountability is dead.
As someone drowning in bills since my wife died during her valiant cancer battle, admit I'm pretty steamed by this Mary Lou Retton story. Her daughters presented it like she was destitute and couldn't afford medical insurance but she owns a $2M 9k sq ft 6br home.
@AllThingsCivil@mtlawmiami A policy which has been in place since the 70's. If a service member was stationed in a country that didn't permit abortion, or in a state which didn't permit vasectomies, they would be sent to a military medical facility where it could be done. No uproar, just health care.
@american2084@HonorDecency I would support legislation tying the number of justices to the number of federal districts. It’s currently 13; if that changes, the number of justices shoujd change, and if that’s codified, we don’t have to refight this battle.
@lofi_Erika@RightWingWatch Because the southern states wouldn’t sign the DOI with the anti-slavery clause (written, ironically, by Jefferson, an enslaver) in it.
Kinda like passing a temporary budget deal by removing aid to Ukraine.
