Watch as Millions of New Yorkers were treated to a stunning display on Monday evening. After an intense thunderstorm passed through New York City, producing heavy rain and bolts of lightning, the clouds cleared, revealing a perfect rainbow arching over the World Trade Center and the Lower Manhattan skyline. This spectacular sight occurred as New Yorkers commemorated the 22nd anniversary of the September 11th terror attack on the World Trade Center. Additionally, 88 vertical searchlights paid tribute, illuminating the New York skyline. On a clear night The lights can reach four miles into the sky and be seen over 60 miles away
