What happened:

The fresh install of 2026.4.7 had a corrupted Telegram plugin extension — a missing src/channel.setup.js file that caused the gateway to crash on every session derivation When I downgraded to 2026.4.5, the config format for streaming changed — the old config had streaming: { mode: "off" } but the new schema expects streaming: "off" (string, not object). Fixed that manually across all Discord accounts Current state:
running 2026.4.5 — stable, gateway is up and serving The config still carries a version mismatch warning (written by 4.7, running 4.5) — cosmetic, not breaking Known issue in both 4.5 and 4.7 : The Telegram extension src/channel.setup.js is missing from the bundled build. If Telegram is used this will surface as a crash. Recommend alerting the OpenClaw devs
