@alisonleary1 Absolutely agree, the core problem with these reports is that delivery is someone elses problem, another example of why SME’s with critical thinking need to be included, policy change requires the ‘how’ as well as the ‘what’.

It’s interesting how very few media outlets mention the review’s detailed capital investment needs and criticism - need to ensure the NHS workforce are not told yet again to do more with less!

Totally agree, if the only income is state pension at £220/week you cannot get pension credit! Pension credit applies if income £218 per week or less. If need to means test why not apply min wage value approx £22k. #furious

Wealthy pensioners do not need a winter fuel allowance. But Starmer’s policy doesn’t only target the “wealthy”. Only pensioners on benefits/credits will be eligible for support. Given how dismal the U.K. state pension is, this leaves thousands of pensioners cold this winter.

Do not tell me this was the right response, too often individuals attend events wearing balaclavas with violence on their mind - no intention of peaceful or rightful protest in this place - this was neither - Lastly - NOT IN OUR NAME!!

I cannot imagine the pain of the parents, dropping their happy child for a dance event and then returning to that horrendous violence - my heart hurts for everyone involved

For this to then be followed by violence in and against communities as well as the police, some of whom may have responded to the original event, is incomprehensible and everyone involved should be punished to the breadth of the law!
