@VeryHelpers I placed an order Friday at 11.09 and by 4pm same day the item was reduced. There is no mention in the terms and conditions before I placed the order. Can’t get through to a real person to discuss this. I paid next day delivery which has been delayed until next day.

@HMRCcustomers I have tried to call all last week and been on hold for over 2 hours before giving up. I am unable to call during the day 8-3 only after 3.

@HMRCcustomers Yes for the last 2 weekly pay periods. The new tax year should have my new tax code not the previous years which was reduced due to a tax underpayment being collected.

@virginmedia No one is answering the phones and have been on hold on the chat now for nearly an hour. I am going to cancel my direct debit and see if this speeds things up. I am paying for a service I can’t watch.
