@CuriousBrewery Please can someone help me with redeeming a gift card? I am being told by your team that the gift card expired yesterday but it will not be extended. I think this is awful behaviour and would be grateful if someone could help.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp We are completely cut off from phone and internet services in a time when being told we cannot leave the house. Please can you prioritise essential connections in this time. We really need help connecting for our own health and to comply with lock down laws
