@Register_com I lost 2/3 of my folders on Saturday and have called the bell line 6 times for them to find and restore them and I can’t resolution or the ability to speak with any supervisors or managers. I am very frustrated to see how this company has become so unresponsive.
@AmericanAir Ok. So I just booked a r/t for me and my wife and put a hold on it since I can't figure out how to apply the trip vouchers and credits. What do I do now without loosing the reservation?
@AmericanAir Next question. When I booked last year I had one reservation for my wife’s and my tickets. Can I make one rebooking and use my credits for my flights and hers for her flights or do I need two separate reservations?
