@AmericanAir just got off a flight from BTV to ORD, honestly the best flight crew I’ve ever experienced. A guy named Adrian and a lady whose name I didn’t get. Managed to keep everyone chill while we sat on the runway for TWO HOURS. Give those two a raise y’all.
