My father in law lives on the family farm in Central Illinois. Last night, much of that area get hammered with tornados.

We prayed.

Here is the text we got this morning…

Thanks for prayers: we saw tornadoes pass directly over us, horizontal rain (2”-3”) in 30 minutes to an hour’s time. Estimated wind 70-80 mph continuous. In spite; House is undamaged and dry. Electricity from whole-house generator. God is a very present help in time of need! Substation 1 mile away damaged, 1300 + out of power. 15 hours so far. Sun is shining this morning!
