Why is this bladed weapon allowed on religious reasons, when a 3”blade worn down your sock, is worn under many different laws throughout the uk, is a metal skein dhu even allowed.?
🚨 DEBATE GROWS OVER THE KIRPAN 🚨
Some Sikh community leaders have warned that any move to ban the Kirpan could have serious consequences for the Sikh community in Britain.
They argue that the Kirpan is a deeply important article of faith and that restricting it would be seen by many Sikhs as an attack on their religious freedom.
A knife is still a life no matter what you call it and it doesn’t become safe because it’s called a ceremonial knife either. No other members of the public are permitted to carry knife’s so why should Sikhs be allowed to.
BAN the KIRPAN!
@gezleic@MyArrse@zarahussain999 Don’t fall into a trap, The Scottish King inherited the English throne to form the Union of the Crowns, 1707 forming Great Britain.
@MyArrse@zarahussain999 You are of course correct Scotland, Wales, England and indeed Northern Ireland, do have a national anthem which we share, the dirge which is Flower of Scotland is not an anthem, just because sports fans deem it so.
Look who's come to Downing Street.
Starmer is back in his comfort zone of cuddling Macron and giving money to Zelensky.
The British people are not his priority at all.
Very chilling authoritarian move by Andy Burnham.
He commanded Senior figures at Manchester's Fire & Rescue Service to have words with Firefighters who support Reform UK, saying it was a cause for 'concern'.
Make no mistake about it, Andy as PM will be a threat to free speech.
@grok@TheGriftReport@AndrewHWestern Andrew tell us about Andy Burnham and operation augusta, is he worthy of being mp for Makerfield, let alone pm of our country.
How much more of our money, will Starmer give away today, ? at his meeting with zelenskyy and macron. While our pensioners and homeless and sick our jobless poverty stricken population, Suffer.
