Looks like all the UFOs in the city (last part of the ufo invasion) can all abduct you.

It also looks like some UFOs are semi buggy, theyll either all spawn as they should or one or two will be missing. It could absolutely be how we're loading the event but it's has happened twice to two different people with different cases(spawns).
